If attachedincorrectly, the climber's swami belt can be held by only asmall piece of elastic behind the sleeve. Climbers who don'trealize this mistake create a dangerous situation where thebelay/rappel loop tears through the elastic webbing,potentially causing the climber to flip backwards, possiblycausing injury.

The motor for the massager's Deep Knead™mechanism can jam and overheat. This will cause scorching tothe foam and fabric on back of the unit, presenting apotential fire hazard to consumers.

The magnet cancome apart and release small plastic pieces, presenting a chokinghazard to young children. Part of the mobile can detach and fallinto the crib, presenting a risk of injury to young children.
