Wal-Mart Stores and Infantino Recall of Fun Frog Soft Gyms
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Wal-Mart Stores Inc., of Bentonville, Ark. and Infantino LLC, of San Diego, Calif., are voluntarily recalling about 26,000 Baby Connection Fun Frog Soft Gyms. A cap on the wire supports inside the soft gym’s upright arms can detach, allowing the wire to poke through the fabric. This poses a laceration and puncture hazard to babies.

"Happyvillagers" Toy Sets Recalled by HearthSong
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), HearthSong, of Madison, Va., is voluntarily recalling 3,250 "Happyvillagers" toy sets (12 villagers per set) . The head can detach from the body of the villagers, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Little People® Animal Sounds Farms Recalled by Fisher-Price
Fisher-Price, of East Aurora, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling about 67,000 Little People® Animal Sounds Farms manufactured from June 17, 2002 through July 31, 2002. Two small metal screws that hold the toy "stall doors" in place can come off, posing an aspiration or choking hazard to young children.

Playnation Play Systems Recall of "Fun Buckets" on Backyard Play Sets
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Playnation Play Systems of Kennesaw, Ga., is voluntarily recalling about 1,400 "Fun Buckets," a vinyl bucket attached to a rope used to lift small items up to backyard play sets' forts. As children play on the play set's slide or platform, the 6- to 8-ft free- hanging rope can become entangled around the child's neck. This presents a strangulation hazard to young children.

Children's School Supply Sets Recalled by Damo Plus Corp.
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Damo Plus Corp., of Vernon, Calif., is voluntarily recalling about 26,000 10-piece school supply sets. The sets contain razor knives, which pose a laceration hazard to children.

Toddler Activity Sets and Puzzles Recalled by Lauri® Inc.
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), ® Inc. of Phillips-Avon, Maine, is voluntarily recalling about 110,000 "Toddler Tote™" toddler activity sets and about 11,000 "Familiar Things" toddler puzzles. The dog puzzle included with both of these products and the rubber handle on the box of the activity set can tear apart into small pieces and pose a choking hazard to small children.

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), KB Toys, of Pittsfield, Mass., is voluntarily recalling about 115,000 Electronic Light N' Learn activity gyms. Five detachable hanging rattle toys have small round pegs at the top of the toys that can break off, posing a choking hazard to young children.

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), BRIO® Corp., of Germantown, Wis., a subsidiary of BRIO AB of Sweden, is recalling 6,450 baking set toys. The sets include a hand mixer with a knob that can break off, posing a choking hazard to young children.

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Fisher-Price, of East Aurora, N.Y., is recalling about 20,000 infant and toddler Intelli-Table toys for repair. Two red knobs on the toy can break off, creating small parts that can pose a choking hazard for young children.

EMSCO Inc., is voluntarily recalling about 2,200 children's toy brooms. SuperValu Eastern Region, of Richmond, Va., is voluntarily recalling about 500 bottles of Richfood bleach.

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Graco Children’s Products Inc., of Elverson, Pa., is recalling about 100,000 activity trays and bath sets with suction cups for repair. The suction cups can detach, presenting a choking hazard to young children.

VeggieTales Dave & the Giant Pickle Playset Recalled by Chariot Victor Publishing
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product SafetyCommission (CPSC), Chariot Victor Publishing, of Colorado Springs, Colo., is recalling about 44,000 VeggieTales' Dave and the Giant Pickle playsets. Six of the character figurines have plastic plugs in their base that can come out, presenting a small parts choking hazard for young children. The French Peas figurine also poses a choking hazard because of its size and shape.
