June 24, 2003- QVC Inc. Recall of Food Choppers
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), QVC, Inc. of West Chester, Pa. is voluntarily recalling about 7,300 Little Red Chef Food Choppers. Consumers can cut their fingers and hands while using the product.
June 24, 2003- Ontel Products Recall of Food Slicer
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Ontel Products Corp., of Fairfield, N.J. is voluntarily recalling 32,000 Little Red Chef Food Slicers, also known as The Kitchen Magic Food Slicer. The exposed slicing blade on top of the unit can cut a consumer's fingers or hand during use.

In cooperation with the U.S. ConsumerProduct Safety Commission (CPSC), K-Tel International (USA) Inc. ofPlymouth, Minn., is announcing a replacement program for 75,000 fooddehydrators. The food dehydrator can overheat, presenting a firehazard.
August 17, 1995- Food Dehydrator Recalled by American Harvest
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), American Harvest Inc. of Chaska, Minn., is announcing a repair program for 56,843 food dehydrators. The heating element in the food dehydrators can overheat, presenting a fire hazard.
