February 11, 2005- Big Save International Recall of Baby Walkers
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Big Save International Corp., of Los Angeles, Calif. is recalling about 12,000 baby walkers. The walkers fit through a standard doorway and are not designed to stop at the edge of a step. Additionally, these walkers can tip-over. Babies using these walkers can be seriously injured or killed.
September 28, 2004- PlayKids USA Recall of Baby Walkers
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), PlayKids USA, Inc. of Brooklyn, N.Y. is voluntarily recalling about 1,600 baby Walkers. The walkers will fit through a standard doorway and are not designed to stop at the edge of a step. Babies using these walkers can be seriously injured or killed if they fall down stairs.

The walkers will fit through a standard doorway and are not designed to stop at the edge of a step. Babies using these walkers can be seriously injured or killed if they fall down stairs.
January 14, 2004- Bumble Bee Toys with Blue Antennae Recalled by Graco Children’s Products
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Graco Children's Products, Inc. of Exton, Pa., is voluntarily recalling about 398,000 Bumble Bee Toys with blue antennae sold with certain Graco high chairs and Graco mobile entertainers, and also sold separately as an accessory and replacement part. The blue antennae on the Bumble Bee toy can break, posing a choking hazard to young children.
September 10, 2003- Baby Walkers Recalled by SunTech Enterprises Inc.
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), SunTech Enterprises Inc., City of Commerce, Calif., is voluntarily recalling 4,100 "Sun Kids" and "Happy Baby" Baby Walkers. The walkers will fit through a standard doorway and are not designed to stop at the edge of a step. Babies using these walkers can be seriously injured or killed if they fall down stairs.
November 21, 2002- Kolcraft Recalls of Toy Attachments on Baby Walkers
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Kolcraft Enterprises, Inc., of Chicago, Ill., is voluntarily recalling about 410,000 toy attachments on baby walkers. The flower toys on the baby walker's tray can detach from the stems, exposing sharp edges and posing a laceration hazard to young children.

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Oriental International Trading Company, of Los Angeles, Calif., is voluntarily recalling about 3,500 baby walkers. The walkers will fit through a standard doorway and are not designed to stop at the edge of a step. Babies using these walkers can be seriously injured or killed if they fall down stairs.

December 6, 2001- Little Tikes Recalls Lobster Toy Attached to Stationary Entertainer
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Little Tikes Co., of Hudson, Ohio, is voluntarily recalling about 260 lobster toys attached to the activity tray of the Ocean Friends Stationary Entertainer. The antennae on the lobster toy can break, posing a choking hazard to young children.
July 20, 2001- Hand Trucks and Baby Walker Recall
UnionTools, Inc., of Columbus, Ohio is voluntarily recalling about 32,000 P-Handle hand trucks. If the tires of the hand trucks are substantially over-inflated beyond the recommended maximum 30 P.S.I., the rims of the tire can separate under the intense pressure and strike the user or bystanders. SunTome Trading Corp., of Los Angeles, Calif., is voluntarily recalling about 600 baby walkers. The walkers will fit through a standard doorway and are not designed to stop at the edge of a step.
March 29, 2001- Cosco Inc. and Safety 1st Recall of Bungee Baby Jumpers and Wipe Warmers
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Cosco Inc. (Cosco), of Columbus, Ind., and Safety 1st, of Canton, Mass., are voluntarily recalling about 171,000 bungee baby jumpers and 100,600 baby wipe warmers. The Bungee Baby Jumper allows a baby to bounce while supported in a seat by an elastic "bungee cord," suspended from a doorway. Metal clasps can detach from the bungee cord, causing the unit to fall to the floor. Babies can suffer injuries from the fall. A wipe warmer is an electric appliance that warms baby wipes. Cracks in the interior basin of these wipe warmers can allow moisture to contact the electrical components. Consumers touching the wipes could receive an electrical shock.

COMBI International Corp., of Carol Stream, Ill., is voluntarily recalling about 4,100 activity rockers to replace their toy bars. One of the toys, a clear plastic ball can crack and break during use, exposing the small beads inside, posing a choking hazard to young children. BSH Home Appliances Corp., of Los Angeles, Calif., is voluntarily recalling about 2,300 Thermador® brand combination thermal/microwave ovens. The oven door may not lock properly when the oven is put into the "self clean" mode.

The white plastic seat rings on thestationary entertainers have sharp edges that can cut or scratch a child'slegs during use.
