the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service
announced today.
Eggs are known allergens. Persons who have an
allergy or severe sensitivity to eggs run the risk of possible allergic
reactions if they consume this product.

Each package also bears the establishment code
"P-6247" located inside the USDA seal of inspection.
The product was produced between April 9-13 and
was distributed to retail stores in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and
Washington state.
"We urge consumers to check their refrigerators
and freezers," said Ronald Hicks, acting FSIS administrator. "If they find
the product listed above, consumers who are allergic to eggs should not eat
them, but return them to the point of purchase."
The problem was discovered and reported to FSIS
by Barbara Radwin Corporation.
